WTS Advisory advised BRUSS Sealing Systems GmbH on the sale of the shares in BRUSS Werk Eisenberg GmbH to Hauhinco Holding GmbH

WTS Advisory AG (“WTS”) exclusively advised BRUSS Sealing Systems GmbH (“BSS”) as the sole shareholder of BRUSS Werk Eisenberg GmbH (“BWE”) on the sale of the company to Hauhinco Holding GmbH (“Hauhinco”). In the course of this transaction, a future-oriented solution for the Eisenberg location was realized with an industrial strategist.

The takeover by Hauhinco, a leading company in the field of high-pressure water hydraulics, secures the long-term development of the Eisenberg plant. As part of the transaction, the WTS Advisory team led by Dr. Heiko Frank (Partner) and Martin Engelmann (Project Manager) with Maximilian Mittermeier, together with the management of BWE and BSS, provided significant support in this carve-out transaction in a challenging turnaround environment - in particular in the commercial structuring and negotiation of the contractual framework conditions for the continuation of the foundry and for future cooperation with the new owner.

The acquisition strengthens Hauhinco's production capacities and expands its expertise in the field of metal processing.
